it'd have bullet drop like paintball guns but slightly less.

Have you considered that you could just make this yourself via the maker pen? Sure it won't have the fancy reloads and all that but it's still airsoft.

CrystalCar010: wouldn't be near as good as a RRO would make it. with the current state of rec room creation each room would break due to bugs, authority issues and the main thing.... INK.

TechnoNeo266: As the community has grown larger it definitely has lost it's touch. back in 2016-17 was by far the best the community had ever been and in 2018 when screen was announced we slowly had a decline as more and more people found out about rec room leading to have more toxic players and trolls. so yeah, I would agree, Rec Room used to be friendly but no longer is.

Gandalf: unfortunately it has, I have seen some players that were toxic, but not any trolls for me yet. I wanted to pointed things out like custom rooms (rooms that are mature), voice chat, and other things.
But yet when you think about it, it’s hard to tell of what should be allowed or shouldn’t for the game, with Rec room supposed to be a “friendly” game, it can be be balanced. So even if there younger players in the game, doesn’t mean they shouldn’t to have both mature and friendly contact
In the end It’s not about about the game, it’s about the people who are are playing and what they’re intentions are

I would love this! Maybe a reloading feature such as like how it is in games like pavlov where you have to actually bring a magazine to the gun and pull something. Even though it would mess with the style of rec room I feel it could be a game where junior accounts can't play as to enforce talking to teammates a requirement. This could make it a more close quarters game where communication is key. I feel it could be good that way but in sort of a cartoon style how rec room is known as. If this happens I feel it could be a massive success and I would love to see this come to the game.

I've recently come back to this post and so I'm gonna list some possible game modes that could happen.
Airsoft has a realistic motion of game play which would have ammo to use meaning players will run out of ammo and need to carry around magazines, this will mean new holsters come into play such as Chest holsters which can carry items and guns. holsters can hold certain items and not others.
1) V.I.P - This game mode is on a medium-large map. Two teams of 6. 1 random player on team 2 will be designated as the V.I.P which when killed that team loses and team 1 wins, if this V.I.P gets to their point (aka evac) team 2 wins. 6v6
2) Defuse - Any size map. Team one (attackers) need to plant a bomb on 1 of 2-3 positions (depending on map size) and team two (defenders) must prevent this from happening, if a bomb is planted they will have 1 minutes to defuse the bomb before it goes off. if all attackers die before plant the defenders win. can reach 5v5
3) CTF - Any size map. Same as Paintball. can reach 10v10
4) KOTH (king of the hill) - Two teams will go head to head in order to stay on the capture point the longest. A team will win when their points are maxed out or have the most points by the end of the timer will win.
(When vehicles come to rec room) can reach 10v10
5) Conquest - Medium-large size map. multiple capture points with vehicles about the map. This game mode uses a "ticket" system like Teambattles but these tickets will also slowly go down when points are captured. Players will make presets before the game starts and will have holsters amongst their body (hip holsters(holds ammo, grenades pistols, back holsters(holds Anti vehicle weapons and primary weapons) and chest holsters(Holds ammo, pistol, primary if small enough)). This game mode would consist of the largest player amoutn capable of 20v20.
