Give option enlarged menus to be minimized

In a recent update certain menus became permanently enlarged. I think that thing like the settings menu should have the option to be smaller but follow your watch for quicker access.

The settings page being enlarged permanently was a mistake and was fixed.
The outfits page has to be enlarged due to some backend work regarding the RR+ notice at the bottom right.
We are planning to eventually make this outfits menu more visually appealing and smaller as we work to convert all of our UI into the new UI.

On some pages the watch will automatically extend some players cannot reach very far out to have their watch in a nice position to use in the extended form causing troubles this never happened before and is causing issues.

Joker: Thank goodness! Having to manually shrink it every time we changed an outfit got annoying fast, glad that isn't a permanent change.

Joker: This is still a big issue 4 months later. Hope this bug can get sorted soon, it's really annoying
