Laser tag performance fixes (2)

Performance in Laser tag recently has been more than bad, the current two maps have severe lag at times, it drags down how fun the game is and turns what would be fair 1v1s into a coinflip of who gets a lag spike first, or who has a grenade fall straight down after throwing, the game is not as fun as it could be in its current state and desperately needs improvement.

multiple things that need fixed performance wise:
- Hangar power weapon will direct hit people and do no damage occasionally
- Hangar windows aren’t possible to climb through, at least not reliably.
- Bots shoot in directions they aren’t looking (probably not an LT issue more of an AI issue)
- As mentioned above the lag is terrible especially on CJC for anyone who plays on quest, PSVR, or any other non-buffed up PC headsets.
- Grenade blasts are also frustrating as mentioned above, very unreliable. Another grenade issue, the grenade physics sometimes make no sense, they’ll bounce off something and hit a Mario Kart speed boost and fly two times faster than it hit the ground.
- Would be nice if your screen didn’t turn gray when you died, I’ll occasionally high five the wrong team, kind of annoying not sure if anything can be done about that though.
- Gun spawns in the wrong hand all of the time, especially at the most inconvenient times (And no this isn’t me having my settings messed up many people experience this).
- Glitched lobbies where no one has any points.
- Sometimes you spawn and can’t grab anything and your only option is to be killed so you respawn without the glitch.
Not sure if I missed any, probably did, but these are the most annoying anyway
