We have since added 4 basic Maker Pen colors which you can find in the in-game shop + an additional weekly skin for those that did the weekly when it came out. The more detailed Maker Pen skins will still be prizes for contests, hosting classes/workshops, etc.

You predicted the future! They recently added the "Blank Canvas" Maker pen which is white and orange, and added red, blue, green, and purple colors to the shop.

if we do ever get makerpen skins that are weekly or you can buy, it probably would be just recolorations so that actually winning a makerpen contest or being a teacher still gets you better makerpen skins that are way more worth it.

i has idea, if u have maker pen perms in some game u could make one of does dummies that have costumes on them, and the costume has a fake maker pen on it's hand so when u put on the costume and hold you maker pen, it will look like you have a dif colored maker pen. (make the maker pen a bit bigger than the reg size)

Brown fashion maker-pen skin could be out in the store for one hour, for 10,000 similar to the gold headphones so it still keeps the rarity of having a maker-pen skin however gives people who can’t win contests a simple skin For a tool they see every day. By the way I’m not talking about the white fashion skin that Marissa has.

I think maker pen skins should be in the shop. They should be patterns like contest ones but a bit worse and normal colours.
