This could be part of the mute option, give a volume slider to turn them up or down. Alternately more intelligent audio-leveling, so that super-loud sounds are automatically softened, and soft sounds are amplified.

i cant talk in rec room my audio things are on mic is on and everything is on but still....nothing what can i do to fix this issue cause i cant talk to anyone

I would love an option to lower or boost people's volume, everyone's mics usually have different levels

Even just the ability to "cap" the max volume level to suit our own needs would be a start, but yeah, sometimes people are just too quiet too.
