Allow Leaderboards to be accessed on Rec.Net

Add a section on rec.net when you click on a room where you can check the leaderboard info.

I love this idea! With this I can create a leaderboard and see if members have been active or not on my room without having to go in-game, I could just go on the website. This is something I need
