Add vehicles/the ability to make vehicles

Vehicles would be a great addition to rec room by allowing us to move around faster and even make racing or exploration games. Even adding tools to allow creators to make our own vehicles would be huge and add so much more possibility to Rec Room.

Charder: you can clamp stuff to the buggy but that’s not what I meant
There should be a lot more options for the vehicles: suspension stiffness, wheel diameter, wheel width, being able to adjust the slip ratio curve, 6 or more wheeled vehicles, etc.
And you can’t make the buggys body disappear, so you have to make a car body that would perfectly fit around the buggy which isn’t really easy to do
