Allow owners to delete Leaderboard scores

-Delete Scores: To delete scores you have to be an owner or co-owner of a room with the permission. You can delete scores by pressing an "X" beside the score. Once you click it, it will ask you if you want to delete the score from the leader-board, with options yes and no.

Add an Option in the palette settings to delete all leaderboard stats. This would be helpful if you use seasons in games, or if you are done testing some games, and it uses leaderboard stats.

You can contact RecRoom support about this and they'll do it for you but it would be nice to not have to go through that process.
