Circuits: Packaging up circuits for more space
complete
Jeff07734
Working with pretty circuit heavy games can take a toll on the limit of custom rooms, even when visitors can't see them. We should be able to pack up circuits into one package. Now, a proposal to how these packages might work. Packages can start with an input chip, with lots of outputs. In the packaged up version of the circuits, the package will have lots of inputs (the same number as the input chip). Those inputs on the package will be what outputs on that package's input chip. Then the package could also have lots of outputs, and inside the package, an output chip, whose inputs will become the package's outputs.
TL,DR: We should be able to package up circuits with inputs and outputs to take up less space in custom rooms. :)

Tamara Hughes (mamamonkey) this can be marked as complete now.

Trish: I think he wants the circuit boards to use less space than the separate chips inside it, kinda like merging makerpen objects.

Alt F4: Yes, and this is now the behavior. It can be marked as complete

Jeff07734: I mean makerpen ink, not space

I was about to create a request for something very similar when I found this. Grouping up a set of circuits and defining named inputs and outputs would be super helpful for complicated rooms and really help to streamline creation.

Yeah this would be very useful. Not only for a 'more space' purpose but also for being able to easily re-use a logic (a set a chips).
