Use a player ID then output haptic vibration to that user. Could be used to increase immersion. Also to be safe, Add an option into settings to disable custom room vibrations (Basically vibrations created by the chip)

Nodes for sending and controlling Haptic Feedbacl/Adaptive Triggers on the DualSense.
I had originially considered requesting full DualSense support across all of Rec Room, but I realised how much work it would be for such a small slice of the community. So, I thought it'd make more sense to request it as a Circuits V2 feature.
