Everything that sampler V1 has, with new features like:

indicating when the sampler finishes playing
Play for a specific player or team
Fix the weird audio ducking issues when switching between the different audio channels (often music recorded to a sampler set to "Voice" is MUCH louder than if it is set to "music", etc.).

Offset n such as well as Recording should be done inside configuration settings. To loop, you just plug "Finished" into play n such.
New features i hope they put into configuration. Like voice filtering/effects (Not new, but new for sampler).
Play for player or team can be done with external circuits
such as an "If" ("Get Local Player" or the Player value from something the player executed) "Equals" ("Get player by (Display or Account name depending on how specific of a player)") Then ("Play" Sampler V2) Else (Whatever u want happens if not that specific player, or just nothing). 
Im not sure about teams, i havent looked into team stuff yet because the base of team stuff from what i know still is in CV1 age which i never really got the hang of, especially with the tons of configuration. Roles, however. is "If" (Player) "Player Has Role" Then, etc.

ATM if you want to add a copyright song you record it in 30 sec intervals which is time consuming & demotivates most people from doing it, for a PC it would take a most a minute to load into the thing & many many more people would bring in copyright music making the owners of those more suspicious
