Creators have tried different tactics to stop people and objects from spawning on top of each other such as multiple spawn points or putting spawners on rotators. Those method chew up a lot of ink which is at a premium!
Rather than having spawn occur in the center of the spawning object, give us a configurable range in the objects properties. This would expand a radius around the spawner parallel to the base of the spawner (a flat disk, not a sphere or cylinder). Triggering a spawn on those objects would cause the player or object to spawn anywhere within that radius. Default radius would be 0 giving the same functionality we know today. Setting the radius should provide a visual ring guide around the spawner visible to players with the see circuits permission to aide in setting and placement.
This would significantly reduce spawn camping and make our creator maps much more interesting.
