Currently if you send a message to someone, they get a notification and they can either respond or delete. I'd like there to be a list of all the messages between you and that person, just like an SMS app on a phone. It would include both the sender's and receiver's messages with a way to scroll through the past history of messages. With the new system, I'd like to merge some of the other suggestions about messaging such as: Predictive text to type words faster, sending things such as a holotar recording, voice message, the ability to call another person online, and the ability to text and recieve text on Rec.Net. Also with the calling feature, it would be nice if it lowered all of the sounds except the call, and put a nice badge above/next to you letting others know you are in a call.
Video chat and calls would be a great feature in rec room in my opinion, and it’d probably be easier than using the keyboard in be. The keyboard should be revamped too while we’re on that.

We could send each other dictated messages, holotars, samplers, use walkie talkies, etc. Typing on the keyboard is awful.
Me and my friends have an idea that will make Rec Room more fun. We really wish there were phones in the game. They replace your watch but if you stretch out your phone and it turns into a tablet. It has the same abilities as the watch but you can call other players that are in other rooms. Me and my friends would be really happy and Rec Room would fell like home with this update.
Can we get phones to text and call friends while in different rooms? That would be SO cool.
This would be amazing, although it would kinda remove the purpose for the watch, maybe the watch should turn into a phone?

why waste time on a new texture and converting a watch skin to a holdable, phone skin when they can make a new quest or summit better :/
