So now that we have lying down in the game( prone ), sometimes we want to lie down on our back, but when you do that your head will glitch through your body. What I mean by that is the body model in the game, doesn't go anywhere else beside behind your head model, and it breaks the immersion of the game. It would be nice to have lying on your back in the game as well. By the way, just looking up should be enough to trigger the body to move out of your heads way.
