The ability to write why you want to vote kick someone

I realized this today when this guy was trying to fly in island warfare (and it was working) but the only thing I could do was vote kick him for bugs of exploits and report him, I feel like that would help a lot and it's not like someone could write they are better than us or something, well they can but obviously that won't work.

it would be great except for when a 7 yr old says u are hacking! and then every other kid in the game kicks you bc you are “hacking”
